Yesterday I mentioned one of the scales I had used for managing my weight was the Tinita scale. This particular scale requires the companion use of a Garmin watch. I also have the Garmin watch and highly recommend it. However, I don’t it’s reasonable to require a watch to view your weight. Get the Garmin if you don’t already have a heart rate monitor, but I don’t recommend this scale. None the less, it’s worth watching to see where scale technology is going…and this scale may be right for you. Take a look.
