MALL QUIET You’ve heard of buying cosmetics at the spa. Now you can buy a spa treatment at the cosmetics counter. Clarins recently introduced over a dozen one-room Skin Spas in select Nordstrom and Bloomingdale’s stores nationwide, including at The Mall at Chestnut Hill in suburban Boston (below). Seven facials, including one for men, are available ($75 for one hour). Another spa is scheduled to open this month at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, N.Y.

COLOR WHEEL The French company Make Up For Ever is providing a disc-shaped lipstick-shade finder (below) in Sephora stores, where the line is sold. It is to accompany Rouge Artist Intense, its new 50-color lipstick collection.
